RETURN POLICY

Returns are for exchange or store credit only, under the condition that the product received is damaged, missing, or the incorrect size. NO REFUNDS. Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition.

All products must have original packaging and not be worn in order to be exchanged. If any order items are damaged during the transit contact us immediately for assistance within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products are taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving, or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Please measure your wrist tightly and add 1/2 inch before completing your purchase. These bracelets are sized and there is a $15 shipping fee for any exchanges.

Alterations and Add-Ons

We offer alteration and add-on services as well and can vary in price depending on the request.  Alterations can include but are not limited to; cleaning, re-engraving, adding or removing links/beads, ring resizing. If you are interested in adding a new initial/number to your existing piece we will gladly accommodate as most of our personalized pieces are meant to grow and change with you throughout life.
